LLM Engineer
@ Perplexity.ai
Perplexity.ai is now looking for an LLM Research Engineer to adapt state-of-the-art LLMs and develop the world's best AI search (right now they’re in top 5!).

  • It’s a search interface built on top of LLMs that answers questions with links and citations;
  • Millions of active users monthly within just six months of release;
  • $26 million raised in the latest funding round from investors like Yann LeCun, Nat Friedman, and many others.

The key requirement for this role is extensive experience with large language and DL models.
Experience with distributed systems and/or a PhD in machine learning isn't necessary, but definitely a plus!

$150k-250k + equity, and relocation to London 🇬🇧

Head of AI
@ Moonvalley
Today — a top position in a startup: Head of AI at Moonvalley! 🪐

Moonvalley creates videos based on textual descriptions - think Midjourney, but for video. They also grow almost at Midjorney's rate — 100,000 users on Discord in 6 weeks. And they've raised $30M from Khosla Ventures and YCombinator!

The Head of AI is a key role: you will not only lead cutting-edge research but also turn models into great products, make strategic decisions affecting the future of the company, and mentor a very strong team. Challenging? Yes. Fun? Yes!

Requirements are the following:
☄️ 3+ years managing world-class research teams;
☄️ Experience in both researching and deploying frontier tech — such as LLMs, image diffusion, etc.
☄️ Citations or publications in major industry journals and/or conferences

Good old startup vibes - small team, lots of work, lots of responsibility, lots of money.
The position is remote-first, but they can help with relocation to the UAE (easier) or Canada (a bit more complicated). They pay $180k-350k + significant equity package.

Our team
What our clients say
We started working with Luna Park right after the release in 2021. They placed half of our core team back then, about 10 people, incredibly fast — the first three hires happened in just two months. That's impressive, given our extremely high hiring bar
We were actually surprised — we have a really hard math test as a part of the screening. This is where most of the people, including Ivy League grads, usually fail, but every single one of Luna Park’s candidates passed it. Incredible level of attention to our requirements — saved us a lot of time
We don't even have a careers page on our website — I just DM Nadya and in 15 minutes she and her team know exactly what I need. Can't think of any other recruitment agency that would bring me two Legendary and one International Codeforces Grandmasters
